21 Hour slow roast pork belly (Vegetarian option – beetroot risotto)
Chocolate Pot – Chocolate fondant served with white chocolate sauce and “chocolate soil”
The dish is served in a mug with the hot fondant and white chocolate sauce hidden under the “chocolate soil”
